I have experienced migraine attacks, these are so painful and restless and I used to do vomit a lot.
I am sharing my experience with you. How was able to get rid of migraine attacks which occur on a regular basis??
There are causes that trigger Migraine which I want to bring them into the light, so that is why I am sharing these slides to you.

A feeling of extremely painful
headache accompanied by
nausea, vomiting & sensitivity
to lights and sounds. It's a
disabling condition that can last
hours or even days.

vision, or smell strange odors & feel
sick to your stomach.
- Symptoms may vary from person to
person.

Even Doctors are not sure about
the causes of Migraine headache,
but they think that there might be
the reason of Imbalance in the
brain cells, disbalance of hormones
or there might be other things for
the cause of migraines.

Migraine?
Your Genes: If someone in your
family gets migraine attacks,
you are most likely to get them.
Your Gender: you know what
would be an answer? It’s
women, who are likely to get 3
times more migraine attacks
than Men.

Emotional Stress: Anxiety,
worry, and fear can create even
more tension and make a
migraine worse. This is also
mostly triggered in women than
men.

Hormonal Changes: Medications
like birth control pills & hormone
replacement therapy can bring on
headaches or make them worse.
Shifts or can say disbalance in
hormone cells may cause migraine
in women.

Certain Foods/ Skipping Meal:
Some Common culprits are-
Processed Foods, aged cheese,
artificial sweetener aspartame,
Chinese food etc. Missing your
meal may affect your blood sugar
level which causes to migraine
headache.

Alcohol & Caffeine: Did you ever
feel a headache after drinking a glass
of wine? Drinks that are high in
caffeine and includes alcohol in them
may likely to cause a migraine
headache.

Sensory Overload: sometimes bright
lights, loud sounds & strong smells
may trigger a severe headache.

Change in weather: Humidity,
temperature, barometric
pressure, cold & high winds,
flying & deep-sea diving can
also bring migraine headaches.

You might not be able to prevent all of the
above causes but still, you can go for some
simple steps that you can put in your day-to-
day life.

- Make sure to drink enough water
- And most importantly take a
break from regular work life and
plan your vacation to relax.

easily fitted in our daily life.

- These are simple preventives which I have been
following from last 1 year and I have seen results.

person to person. You may need an extra care in
migraine then consult your doctor.
