•Members- 2,813, Share Capital- 94.66 Lakh, Deposits- 17.01 Crore,
Loan- 17.01 Crore.
Vision- To be a leading co-operative bank furnishing premium and
comprehensive banking experience.
Services- Core Banking Operation like accepting deposits and
providing loans, Services like clearing, demand draft, locker facility.

3. RESPONSIBILITIES
To manage cash counter along with cashier.
To do outward and inward clearing.
 To post entries of debit and credit in customer accounts.
To make ALM(Assets and Liability management) report.
 To help customers in operating lockers.
 To issue certificate of Equity to new members.

4. CHALLENGES
 Server Issue- Connectivity of server was poor.
 Regional Language of customers- Sometimes, It
was difficult to understand the language of customers.
 Non- Cooperative customers- Sometimes customers
got irritated by government policies.

5. LEARNINGS
 Learn how to interact with customers.
 how to open different accounts.
 how to make Demand Draft.
Learn about compound interest.
 Knowledge about Assets and Liabilities Management.
Learn about whole procedure of Loan.

6. SUGGESTIONS
 To provide Net banking.
 To hire a Loan recovery officer.
To start third party income like insurance.
To promote through social media.

7. FUTURE PLANS
 Short Term- To start my career with a bank as an
associate.
Long Term- Branch Manager in a bank.
