The main body of the new policy : The employees can write blogs to express their opinion in different subjects and share knowledge that are useful to others. However , the blog writing policy does not allow any employee to publicly share any sensitive information regarding the company, its products, market, customers and vendors and any other stakeholders than can cause direct or indirect financial, starategic, legal, reputational or ethical loss to the company. Some representative examples of sensitive information that cannot be shared or revealed in public domain are ; 1. Financial information of any nature ( unless those are already published in public domain as per statutory compliance rules.) 2. Detailed information regarding Products or services design, components, costs , Blue print, Bill of material ,Recipe of products etc. 3. Details about any Research & Development activity. 4. Details of internal marketing, financial, supply chain strategies used by company. 5. Any kind of insider information that may influence stock price. 6. Any personal opinion about any employee of the company. 7. Details of customers , vendors, service providers, contractors of the company. The above mentioned details are only representative. Any employee violating the blogger policy will be subject to disciplinary action including suspension and termination.
