1.13 SLA measures from contract
Where the Customer has ordered dual feed power (as indicated in the Customer
Requirements Form) BT agrees that availability of power to the rack will be
maintained at 100% over a Month. Any Unavailability of power constitutes a
critical outage and means any interruption that causes the Customer’s
Equipment to fail owing to a loss of power, other than where caused by the
Customer, for any period of time.
