1. In Texas a tenant has filed for Bankruptcy after the Eviction has been won,
what do I do now?
The owner has filed for eviction on March 17, 2011, and the eviction was won on
April 5, 2011. The tenant owes a back rent of $3,585 from February, March, and
April. Tenant has filed bankruptcy on April 11, 2011. There are two people that
have signed the lease but only one has filed for bankruptcy. Can we file evictio
n on the other person as well? My question is can we continued with the evicti
