Terms of Service- UPrinting and its Online Printing Network are divisions of Digital Room, Inc. and all terms and conditions herein pertain to both UPrinting and Digital Room. All Prices stated herein are based on
current costs and are subject to change. Sales Tax for California Customers is 9%. By making this order, Customer agrees to pay for all work performed and that the obligation to pay is unconditional, even if
Customer is purchasing on behalf of a third party. Customer also agrees that it will not hold Digital Room, Inc. liable for any failure based on machinery malfunction, act of god or any event outside of the immediate
control of Digital Room, Inc.. The customer also agrees that in regards to mailing orders, Digital Room, Inc. shall only be liable to rectify errors to the extent of re-mailing a correction or corrected job as soon as
possible and that Digital Room, Inc.�s responsibility is limited to preparing your mailing and completing delivery to the U.S. Postal Service, that print runs may vary by 10%, either plus or minus, from the ordered
amount and allowable damages shall be limited to the value of the printing work performed. The customer agrees that in no case is Digital Room, Inc. liable for loss of business; incidental or consequential
damages; or costs in excess of billing for services related to the specific job. We maintain high print industry standards but cannot guarantee offset variations including color, bleeds and registration. Also,
turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees and Digital Room, Inc. makes no representations as to the exact accuracy of any estimated turnaround time. Additional Service Fees, List Purchase and USPS
Postal Costs are non refundable. By making this order, Customer agrees, that in addition to these Terms of Service, Customer is to be bound by all Terms and Conditions contained on our website at
www.uprinting.com.
