Practical information:
Contact details for key persons/workers with specific
roles/responsibilities under the EP.
Nearest emergency services.
Alert /Mechanism for alerting workers.
Instructions/procedures/actions.
Workplace map/new possible area/map to go.
Transport
Post incident procedures (medical treatment/help/new
location, remove).
Access to the EP:
Accessible on a notice board in each department.
Workers must know what to do, their roles.
Training: Adequately trained in procedures.
Explosions, fire, evacuations, earthquake, manmade
Or natural disasters.
6. Training may include:
Evacuations to safe place and count.
Identifying assembly points.
Location of the equipment/fire points.
Shut down procedures.
