Employee stock ownership plans
Details • Our company offers stocks worth of 2 lakhs to the employees after completing 1 year in the company. • Any employee availing the ESOP Scheme will have to sign a bond of minimum 3 yrs. • Once an ESOP scheme is approved, a Letter of Grant will be issued to the employee informing him how many options are being granted to him. • In the event an employee wishes to exercise any of his vested options, he should make an Exercise Application to his employer company pursuant to which his options would be converted into equity.

Details • Our company offers stocks worth of 2 lakhs to the employees after completing 1 year in the company. • Any employee availing the ESOP Scheme will have to sign a bond of minimum 3 yrs. • Once an ESOP scheme is approved, a Letter of Grant will be issued to the employee informing him how many options are being granted to him. • In the event an employee wishes to exercise any of his vested options, he should make an Exercise Application to his employer company pursuant to which his options would be converted into equity.
