1) Dummy SEtobe created tobe mapped tothe outlet under hawker channel
2) Createat least one outlet, one new beat foradding the hawker channel sales in DMSforthe WD
3) RCP updated forthe WD, mapping the created beat tothe dummy SE
4) Stock is allocated tothe Dummy SE

Select the dummy salesman which has
been mapped to the hawker channel
outlet

Select the beat for that SE
which contains the hawker
channel outlet

Search the outlet
using the outlet
name

Search the product for which the sale
has been done using either the name,
product code or the short name

The amount of stock which has been
allocated to the SE will be visible here

Enter the sales quantity for the product (Piece wise).
Maximum quantity depends on the stock allocated to
the SE. After entering the order qty, click anywhere on
the screen to add the SKU to the invoice
6 Multiple SKUs (for all
the categories) can be
added to a single
invoice
7 SKUs once entered
can be edited or
removed form the
invoice
8 Discount can be added to the total invoice amount. For
amount based discount enter the amount in the left box.
For percentage based discount enter the desired discount
in the right box
