CDA Competency Statement III
Understanding the "whole" of a child takes devotion, dedication, and consistency. How well the
childrens ability to adapt, learn, and improvise are dependant on a well educated provider. My
dedication through constant education, re–direction, support, and seamless lesson planning are my
path to meeting Competency Statement III.
Self: Meeting each child with a calm, reassuring, and caring demeanor upon entering the center each
morning or evening is a confidence builder in children. They begin to rely on a poised confidant
figure who is consistant with seeing them feel appreciated and smiling. It helps them understand to
adjust to an environment they are currently in no matter how they were feeling prior to coming in

Re–directing negative behavior is of most importance. As a provider, it is our most ardent task to
help children deal with feelings of anger, anxiety, frustration, even violence. Constant counseling
and re–direction is given to the children at every step. Reward and consequence is instilled in each
direction of counseling. Self–regulation, control, and guidance will constantly be encouraged in my
setting.
CS III a: I engage children with tasks in degree. The bigger the task or challenge, the greater the
reward. To help them grow in a group setting, participation will strenghthen their confidence and
begin to foster a degree of competiveness to lead. Euphoria of completing a task with diliberance is
satisfying. This fosters confidence in themselves and class setting.
CS III b: Times have changed. I can remember when coporal punishment was an acceptable means
of re–direction and discipline. Today, with more education, educators and providers have better
ways of communicating and developing stronger characters in children. A completely different
means of fostering growth and discipline have evolved. Proven lesson methods through
psychologists have opened doors for marked and proven progress. Understanding my students
backgrounds through home visits, parent meeting, and one–to–one time with my children help me
and my fellow educators develop a "whole" view of a childs image and make–up. Re–direction,

1.2 Background of the Study
Since BBA is a job oriented program, so internship is a mandatory part of this program. Realizing
the fact, the department of Business Administration, Daffodil International University, has included
a 90 days internship program in the course curriculum after the effective completion of the program.
To comply with this requirement, I have joined in ACNABIN (CA Firm) as an internee where I had
the opportunity to have the practical knowledge on overall auditing procedure. This opportunity has
given me an opportunity to observe and perform real world knowledge about the audit procedure
and auditor's independence, which is followed by the chartered accountancy firms.
In the internship period I could relate the theoretical knowledge of auditing to practical exposure.
From the knowledge and continued working experience gathered from the firm, I have selected the
reporting topic "Auditor's Independence: A Study on ACNABIN, Chartered Accountants Firm".
1.3 Scope of the Study

After completing 122 credits in Daffodil International University I got appointed in one of the
largest and renowned Chartered Accountants Firm named ACNABIN which explored a vast scope

Every needs to know how to check e–mail or have some kind of knowledge on how to use a
computer. Creating a resume for a job is a major problem of a lot of individuals who do not have
software training. When I interviewed the librarian for the Essex County Public Library, this was
one of the major issues they frequently encountered. Some of their patrons who visited the library
could not read or write, but the library staff assisted them. Many people who came to the library
needed to setup e–mail accounts for their job; it was a requirement. Research Question When
applying my practice, I would setup a guide with links that include a 10–step process to help
students write a research paper. The first step is having the layout for students to understand the
importance of conducting research prior to writing the paper. Students would be able to access
information through tabs such as links for books, articles, e–journals and databases. My research
question is: What is the proper type of training to offer patrons who do not know how to use a
computer? By doing an ethical experiment, it should evaluate the patron's computer competencies.
Participants will be informed of how the information will be disseminated and will be informed of

I took the first steps towards my future and attended Career Online High school through my local
library. This step will allow me to earn my high school diploma along with training skills as per the
requirements to earn my Child Development Associate (CDA). While completing the CDA
prerequisites courses, I was instructed to research the remaining list of requirements. Using the
