dr. Noor Mohammed Khan General Hospital is a private 70
bed general hospital in Hafar Al Batin, Saudi Arabia. The
original physician clinic was established by dr. Noor Mo-
hamed Khan over 50 years ago, and the hospital opened
in 2001. Both the hospital and clinic are the first private
healthcare facilities of their kind in the community. dr. Noor
Mohammed Khan General Hospital plans to grow to its full
capacity of 150 beds in the coming years.

Laboratorios Pasteur serves as a local and regional refer-
ence laboratory system in the countries of Colombia and
Aruba. The respected provider has a total of 4 diagnostic

La Lima Medical Center

La Lima Medical Center is an 80 bed general hospital that
integrates an out-patient diagnostic center which includes
CT and ultrasound. The facility provides patients with inter-

EAMC is being developed as a 138 bed specialty hospital in

RAMC includes a 100 bed tertiary level general hospital, a

Lima, Perú
Torre Trecca is Public Private Partnership (PPP) Hospital
with EsSalud. The ambulatory and urgent care center will
include 100 physicians’ offices with the potential to realize
up to 3,000 consultations per day. The facility will house a
comprehensive laboratory and plans include a national level
tele-radiology center.
Cancún Medical Center
Cancún, México
Cancún Medical Center will be an acute care facility which will
be built in two phases. The first phase will include 60 beds and a
medical office building. The second phase will add an additional
40 beds. The hospital will offer diagnostic services and special-
ized care that is not readily available in the region.

Clínica delgado is designed as a 120 bed state-of-the-art
acute care general hospital and 100 suite medical office
building. The inspiring design created by Gresham Smith &
Partners won various awards for its innovative design from
the AIA’s in 2011. The facility will serve as the flagship facility
for AuNA Hospital Group.

hospital's phase of development, the unique needs of the client and the

Hospital Development Phases
AHMC provides a comprehensive scope of turnkey services comprised of four
phases : feasibility and business plan development, construction, pre-operation,
and administration and operations. The following information provides details
of the respective four phases including estimated timeframes.
Design Phase and Expenses
AHMC is not an architectural firm; however, we work with firms which
have an international reputation of high quality and have designed hospitals
worldwide. In any project we can, at the discretion of the owners, we bring
world-class architects and hospital designers in as part of our team. The
architect’s fees and related costs will be billed separately from AHMC’s
construction management fee.

EXECUTIVE TEAM
Mr. Henry has been involved with the healthcare industry for over 30 years.
He began his healthcare career in 1975 at Kadlec Medical Center in the state
of Washington, where in addition to being the CEO for that facility, he also
had oversight responsibilities for six rural facilities in the surrounding area.
In 1983, Mr. Henry joined the St. Luke’s Hospital Corporation as President
and CEO where he implemented the merger of three hospital organizations
into one regional organization identified as Empire Health Services. Prior
to joining Northern Montana Health Care in 1994, Mr. Henry also provided
corporate consulting services in the areas of restructuring, acquisition and
litigation support.
Overhiscareer,Mr.Henryhasandcontinuestoserveonnumerouscommunity
and professional boards including the Washington State Insurance Trust,
Blue Cross of Washington and Alaska, and Chairman of the New West Health
Plan. Mr. Henry is currently Chairman of the Montana Hospital Association
Worker’s Compensation Board, Chairman of the Northcentral Montana
Health Care Alliance, Executive Committee of Yellowstone Insurance
Exchange, and currently serving on the Board of Director of Blue Cross of
Montana.
Mr. Henry received his Master Degree in Hospital Administration from the
University of Washington, Seattle, Washington and is a Fellow in the College
of Healthcare Executives and a member of the American College of Medical
Practice Executives.

Mr. Arlett is one of the founders of American Hospital Management Company. He
is an experienced, international healthcare executive with more than 25 years of
progressive responsibility in hospital and health system management. During his
career, Mr. Arlett has directed the development and implementation of new hospital
development; hospital turnaround; capital creation; mergers and acquisitions as
well as providing leadership to health plans and strategic alliances.
Mr. Arlett is considered a pioneer in global private healthcare and is an in demand
speaker on topics such as opportunities in private healthcare and international
healthcare leadership.
Prior to joining American Hospital Management, Mr. Arlett held positions with
Stanford University Medical Center, Sonora Community Hospital, Sutter Health and
Northern Montana Healthcare. Mr. Arlett is a member of the American College
of Healthcare Executives, the American Society of Healthcare Economists, the
International Healthcare Economists Association and the Healthcare Financial
Management Association.
Dr. Vivek Sama is an Orthopedic Surgeon trained at the Royal Orthopedic Hospital,
Birmingham, U.K. He has practiced at the Wycombe & Amersham Hospitals in
the U.K., and Sir Gangaram Hospital, New Delhi. He is a graduate of the prestigious
Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi. Vivek received his MBA at the Kellogg
Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University, majoring in Health
Service Management, Finance, and Marketing. Prior to returning to India, Vivek
worked with Bain & Co., a top-tier global strategy consulting firm, in their San
Francisco office. At Bain, Vivek advised senior management of several healthcare
corporations, including hospital groups and managed care organizations.
Vivek relocated to India in 2007 as Executive Partner and Head of North Indian
Operations for HealthCare Global Enterprises (HCG), a leader in cancer hospitals
and research in India. He launched the company’s operations in North India,

Dr. Ewida has practiced in both private as well as academic (Drexel University-
Hahnemann University Hospital) environments for 15 years. He has special interests

had contributed to several starts up cardiac surgery programs in four states (New
