Working in Saudi Bin Laden Group (ABCD Logistics Department) Head Office in Jeddah
(Saudi Arabia) from October 18, 2009 to till now date as a Document Controller, Data
Entry and Computer Instructor
Worked with TATA AIG life Insurance all India marketing period from dec.2006 to Feb. 2009.

Nature of Work: -
 Preparation Of whole Project Manpower Report for Overall Costing purpose
 Take attendance of all manpower on daily basis
 Preparation of daily reports for all employee (present, absent),
 Preparation of Weekly report and transfer to head office
 Provide Communication Bridge between head office and employees.
 Preparation of time card for each employee
 Posting of Time card hours to Attendance sheet
 Preparation of Summary sheet to calculate payroll
 Solving the problem of all site workers like; sick leave, vacation, absentees etc.
 Preparation of time sheet for transferring manpower from one project to other
 Handling of all site workers up to their satisfaction
 Keep all document related to site manpower.
 Preparation Monthly timesheet with Overtime.(Arabic English)
