1. The five goals of professional character
The following five goals do not require complex formulas, but a willingness to implement
them within the organization.
1. Generosity: to build confidence must be detached and generous from the point of
view of knowledge. To recover and strengthen fundamental values, partnership in
professional relations, the effort for proper operation of the organization; with the
ultimate goal of having an economy with a continuous and exponential growth locally
and globally.
2. Effort: pride in being good at our work so that others are better than us, finding
comfortable with ourselves, with the people around us and the work they perform.
3. Humility: that learning those close to us make us always be humble. We do not know
everything, and fortunately no life instruction manual. Given our shortcomings,
limitations and errors opens an incredible source of knowledge and knowledge that
can lead us to discover, create and innovate new fields would be impossible to reach
them otherwise.
4. Dedication: enjoy the process of our daily work with enthusiasm and effort to achieve
the desired objectives.
5. Sincerity: convert our biggest problem, our best quality. It is the most difficult to reach
and that includes all others. Requires a high dose of discipline, rigor, perseverance,
self-confidence, courage, and especially in capital much…talent.
