2. What Is The MS Valve?
The MS Flexible Valve is a new type of plastic
valve designed to be used with food,
household, pharmaceutical and cosmetics
products to dispense viscose materials.
Valve hardness can be adjusted to function
with different viscosities to suit an extremely
wide variety of products.

 Produced using 2k injection molding with
camera control
 This patented flexible valve differs from the
competitors’ solution in three key variations:
o Pre-molded with slits eliminates post-molding cutting
o Slits close once assembled with cap
o 2K technology combines a TPE valve with a PE ring

4. COST EFFECTIVE
 2K manufacturing combines valve
and ring as single piece – no
additional assembly required
 No silicone
 Due to small size, valve easily fits
nearly any cap

 Easy upgrade for standard caps to
