This is to confirm that Ms Oleksandra Parkhomenko (Mittal) was appointed by SAI
Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd. India, to provide Business Development and Translation
services on freelance contract agreement from April 2013 to July 2013.
She always maintained high quality and standards throughout all the translation process,
and assisted in establishing few contacts within the CIS region. She also provided English to
Russian translation of our winning technical and financial proposal for EBRD Funded project
“Consultancy Services for Detailed Design & Construction Supervision Consultant;
Dushanbe - Uzbekistan Border Road Improvement Project”.
She fulfilled her tasks to our full satisfaction and managed well even under tremendous
pressure of deadlines, her cooperation with the proposal team was without complaints.
