Siman - La gran via
Siman La gran via is in the
process of becoming the
biggest department store in
the region of Central
America with 11.500 m2.
I assisted this project with
the reflected ceiling plan,
furniture plan, furniture
design, and corners of the
company's private labels,
along with Neumann & Rudy,
New York.

6. Prismamoda Metrocentro
Located in the biggest mall in El
Salvador, this Prismamoda store
was remodeled after many years.
The most significant difficulty of
this project was that the
execution was programmed to be
finished just weeks before the big
sales season, but we completed it
just on time.
The tasks in this project included:
total change of floor of the 1.800
m2 of the store, emphasizing the
cosmetics department, and
creating a new image of the two
facades of the store.

Cosmetic´s Department
After the remodeling of the store, sales increased by 17% by
changing the layout of the departments for a more attractive
one, more friendly, and easy to walk by.

Designed the furniture and coordinated with the Michael kors team
for different Siman stores in the region following their brand line.

I created the new concept for "cafe Siman" for Siman
chain stores. It will be incorporated in Siman La Gran Via
and progressively into other Siman Stores in the region.

11. This Airbnb is located on the beach of El Salvador. The owners wanted to
provide a cozy ambiance with colorful elements to accommodate their guests
and take advantage of the natural elements surrounding this house. The interiors
were all arranged in cooperation with local artisans creating elements like
hammocks, wall decor, and lighting fixtures.

and maintained a budget for the
execution of this beauty salon
specializing in manicures and
pedicures, Integrating an industrial
look and delicate details, located in
the heart of San Salvador.
