Home automation technology allows users to control home appliances like lights, fans, entertainment systems, and security systems remotely using a WiFi connection and sensors. This helps save energy by automatically turning devices off when not in use. Sensors can detect users' presence and customize settings like lighting and music. The system also enables remote control of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. Users need an internet connection, sensors, and a web-enabled device to access the automation system and control appliances both inside and outside the home.

1. HOME AUTOMATION<br />Now a days we are too busy to do all the essential works of our own and it’s very hard to remember also. So we need the automation of home appliances like lights, fans, entertainment systems, washing machine &all other house works including the security system. All those dreams will come true by the new AUTOMATION technology. Those are also very simple & less expensive.<br />The system has so many benefits. you can easily understood the benefits by a simple example, when we leave our room it’s very common think that we forgot to put off the lights &other electrical appliances & as a result power consumption is increased which is not desirable. So by the use of home automation technology we can easily solve those problems. By simple installation it is possible to turning on the lights when a person enters the room & when he leaves the room the lights put off automatically. It can also sense not only the presence of a person inside but know who that person is and it sets appropriate lighting, music level or TV channels &many other factors. You may get shock when you know about the HVAC system. we can also control the heating, ventilation & Air conditioning (HVAC) system including temperature &humidity control by this advanced technology.<br />To get this facilities firstly we should have three things 1.Internate connection with wifi modem 2. Sensor(Smart linc) 3.web enable pc/phone.Then we should connect the things as shown in the picture bellow and enjoy the facilities.<br />The smartLinc works in two modes. 1.Easy auto mode 2.Manual mode. In easy auto mode, reference values of all appliances have to be set &it works as discussed above but in manual mode we can control home appliances by the use of internet and smart pc from inside as well as out side the home.As shown as we connects the pc/phone to smartLinc ,virtual switches appears and we can control lights,fan,music system,TV. A very exciting thing we can light up fireplace &start the micro oven to worm foods before come from office. <br />
