SHORT COMMUNICATION About incompetence in economics
or management

Abstract : Incompetent directors request from their subordinatesonly secretary work. If we include being result
oriented in competence, I think that incompetence is a major cause of the lack of development. Never
concentrating is a major cause of incompetence. To study philosophy as well reduces the risk of
incompetence.b

I. Introduction :
Management lessons do not underline that one has to have good goals and has to reach them efficiently, with a
cost and a lead time as low as possible. It is total quality management which enables to focus on client or citizen
satisfaction.
Also, solving problems is not taught in management lessons. For solving problems, design work has to be done
and not only secretary work.
Main text ;
Incompetent directors request from their subordinates only secretary work. Secretaries general of organizations
such as United Nations Organization do not do redesign work so they cannot solve problems, they do only
secretary work.
I mean those who run the United Nations don't have a recent theory that guides them and that they update.
There should not be only descriptions.
Analysis of the causes of the lack of development should be done by the UNO (United Nations Organization)
by a synthesis of studies.
UNO is giving the bad example from not doing what is necessary to answer important questions.
A synthesis is also lacking for the topic of the hurdles to more development.
I have my own ideas on such topics.
If we include being result oriented in competence, I think that incompetence is a major cause of the lack of
development. Competence is basically having sufficient knowledge, skill and judgment.
At the level of countries, there are many hurdles to more development. As main hurdles to more development,
there are the failures of theeducati on system.
There are also the failures of the birth control. There is also as a hurdle the will to borrow constantly very great
amounts. People who deny facts have a sad end.
People want to read new ideas which are not really new ideas. People do not want to concentrate.
It turns out that concentrating is necessary because of the complexity of the world.
Never concentrating is a major cause of incompetence. Reading concise texts helps be trained for concentration.
People outside the Western World copied structures that came to exist in the Western World and they are not
designing other structures,
Without some new philosophy, it is likely that the most interesting things that can be written about management
and organization were already written.
If I had a good opinion of people, I would doubt that thoughts are mathematical waves because I would think
that someone would have pointed it out already. To leave an intellectual legacy is to have filled up his/her life
well.
Maximizing the number of days without incidents is approximately an example of maximizing quality.
It can be done with a constraint on cost. Maximizing quality and minimizing cost at the same time has a
formalism too complicated.
There should be much communication between the different units involved in the satisfaction of the client or the
citizen.
II. Conclusion :
Internationally and for developing countries, international organizations, which have funds, such as the IMF, the
World Bank, the EBRD etc...
are becoming more and more important.nDeveloping countries are therefore encouraged to have more explicit

economic policies (which could be with questionable goals).
When any individual is allowed to contribute significantly to what will be owned by a country, the consequence
is that the life of any individual is valued.
That is the origin of the concern for human rights or the absence of such a concern.
To study philosophy as well reduces the risk of incompetence.

If we include being result oriented in competence, I think that incompetence is a major cause of the lack of development. Never concentrating is a major cause of incompetence. To study philosophy as well reduces the risk of incompetence.b Key words: Adib Ben Jebara; American International Journal of BusinessvManagement I. Introduction : Management lessons do not underline that one has to have good goals and has to reach them efficiently, with a cost and a lead time as low as possible. It is total quality management which enables to focus on client or citizen satisfaction. Also, solving problems is not taught in management lessons. For solving problems, design work has to be done and not only secretary work. Main text ; Incompetent directors request from their subordinates only secretary work. Secretaries general of organizations such as United Nations Organization do not do redesign work so they cannot solve problems, they do only secretary work. I mean those who run the United Nations don't have a recent theory that guides them and that they update. There should not be only descriptions. Analysis of the causes of the lack of development should be done by the UNO (United Nations Organization) by a synthesis of studies. UNO is giving the bad example from not doing what is necessary to answer important questions. A synthesis is also lacking for the topic of the hurdles to more development. I have my own ideas on such topics. If we include being result oriented in competence, I think that incompetence is a major cause of the lack of development. Competence is basically having sufficient knowledge, skill and judgment. At the level of countries, there are many hurdles to more development. As main hurdles to more development, there are the failures of theeducati on system. There are also the failures of the birth control. There is also as a hurdle the will to borrow constantly very great amounts. People who deny facts have a sad end. People want to read new ideas which are not really new ideas. People do not want to concentrate. It turns out that concentrating is necessary because of the complexity of the world. Never concentrating is a major cause of incompetence. Reading concise texts helps be trained for concentration. People outside the Western World copied structures that came to exist in the Western World and they are not designing other structures, Without some new philosophy, it is likely that the most interesting things that can be written about management and organization were already written. If I had a good opinion of people, I would doubt that thoughts are mathematical waves because I would think that someone would have pointed it out already. To leave an intellectual legacy is to have filled up his/her life well. Maximizing the number of days without incidents is approximately an example of maximizing quality. It can be done with a constraint on cost. Maximizing quality and minimizing cost at the same time has a formalism too complicated. There should be much communication between the different units involved in the satisfaction of the client or the citizen. II. Conclusion : Internationally and for developing countries, international organizations, which have funds, such as the IMF, the World Bank, the EBRD etc... are becoming more and more important.nDeveloping countries are therefore encouraged to have more explicit
