HIV/AIDS Response management key priority in the new National Strategy Review all the coordination structures NERCHA functions reviewed to be inline with New Strategy

Approach and rationale for changes • Drafting a board paper to motivate the review of NAC . • Clear TOR and buy in by Minister, Council, Staff and Partners • independent reviewers supported by UNDP outcome (deliverables): -role of NERCHA in management of the Strategic plan (post 2015).
