• The prices are quoted based on specifications and requirements provided by the client,
in case of any amendment in the specifications or requirements, prices are subject for
the change.
• Any additional items not mentioned above must be added to another quotation
• Delivery duration commence from the date of receiving the first payment, drawing
approval and site readiness (from which comes last).
• The quantities in the quotation are initial. The actual quantities will be measured after approval
the drawings and site readiness for installation, which will be submitted in the next payment
claim

3. • The delivery time is subject to change according to the below:
- Delay in paying the due payment over 3 days from the date of the payment request.
- Delay in site readiness.
- Obstruction to implement the assigned job by the site or other contractors.
• The delay period will be added to the origin delivery time or could add more according to each
case individually.
• The client shall provide an electrical source at the site.
• The client shall provide a place to store the breakable materials,
• Glass is a fragile (breakable), and it might be broken during delivery or installation.
• The company are not liable of the following:
- Any glass breaking or damage to our implementation after finishing the installation.
- Any glass breakage or damage to our implementation by others.
- Bad storage.
• Clear glass is colorless and transparent when viewed Face on. However when viewed on the
edge clear float glass has an inherent green tinge. This Greenish tinge is due to the presence
of iron oxide found naturally in the raw materials used to produce glass. The thicker the glass
the more noticeable the tinge is.
