2 In the absence of detailed drawings & specification above, prices are qutied based on TEKMARK
mentioned standards.
3 Sizes are considered to be strcutural opening sizes. Any change in the sizes will be charged extra.
4 All the Material and Drawing submissions would be made only upon the receipt of irrevocable
purchase order.

8 Delivery period are our best estimates. The position may change by the time order is placed or
information received which may permit placement of orders. We assume no responsibilities on
the factor of Forcemajeure affecting deliveries.
9 The main contractor is responsible for any damage to the product supplied after handover.
10 It is the client responsibility to ensure that the ocnstruction of the structural opening for each
frame and door is suitable for the proposed fixing method and adequate to support the frame and
door leaf supplied for installation.
Validity
- This offer is valid for 15 days from its date of issuance.
Delivery:
- 2 Weeks for the supply of Doors and Frames from the date of approval of Our Schedule & Shop
Drawings and all queries answered.
- Pallet packing for export delivery.
Payment Terms:
- 100% Advance.
