2. Abstract
• EGYPTIAN UNIVERSITY NETWORK BASED ON CLOUD COMPUTING used
for connect all universities in Egypt through cloud computing with collect
all resources in one place to utilized resources, reduce cost and easy
maintenance.
• During the development of the project we targeted these goals:
• Studied and toke courses in Cloud Computing and storage. Then, we had
certified in Information Storage and Management and Cloud
Infrastructure and Services from 𝐸𝑀𝐶2.
• Visited testing lab in 𝐸𝑀𝐶2 to show how Data centers work.
• Installed VMwork station to test, install, and manage open source cloud
platform “OpenStack”.
• Built OpenStack in real environment to connect data from all universities.
• Provide a user friendly GUI to get information that he/she wants.
