ephiós handheld ERG system

Fully Portable
ERG System
ephiós handheld ERG provides the
ophthalmologist the capability to
evaluate function of the retinal cells
and help detecting malfunction in
the eye retina. The instrument
follows ISCEV Standard. The
instrument can be used as a stand
alone unit for test & analysis. The
curves are stored in the instrument
memory for easy transfer to the
personal computer for later
analysis.

Applications

¢ For clinical purpose ephiós ERG is used in following cases:
¡ Confirmation of Ophthalmologic & Neurological Diseases
  ¡ Unexplained Visual Loss
¡ Paediatric Neurology Key benefits at a glance
  ¡ Opacities in Media
¡ Monitoring Health – Toxicity — Ergonomic design for single
¡ Detection of the Disease or Carrier States of Inherited Visual Disorders
¡ Quantitative Assessment of Visual Disease handed operation
¡ Assessment of Retinal and Optic Nerve Function Following Trauma
                                                                                                                     — Quick and effective test of the
¢ For Ophthalmologic & Neurological Research the instrument can be used for a number of retinal function in a screening test
different applications where the retinal cell functions are tested. This could be evaluation of
eye diseases, neurological diseases, side effects of drugs, basic research of retinal cells, before and after surgery.
and basic knowledge of retinal function.
                                                                                                                     — Easy operation for ERG on
¢ The instrument is also a very good teaching tool for understanding of the retinal function prematures, young children or
  and electrophysiology.
                                                                                                                       patients in bed.
¢ In pharmaceutical industries the instrument is used to evaluate the side effects of drugs
on the central nervous system. — Portable for ERG test in or outside
of the clinic. No PC needed.
