said that the reason for raising the time of
marriage for young ladies from 18 to 21
years has been proposed to enable 'desh ki
beti' so they get sufficient opportunity to
finish schooling and assemble their
vocations and become 'Aatmanirbhar.'
"We accept that children and girls are
equivalent. By expanding the marriage time
of ladies from 18 to 21, the public authority
needs to empower 'desh ki beti' to construct
a profession for her and become
Aatmanirbhar," the Prime Minister said as
he introduced the Technology Center of the
MSME Ministry and Perunthalaivar
Kamarajar Manimandapam in Puducherry
through video meeting.

the MSME Ministry and Perunthalaivar
Kamarajar Manimandapam - an assembly

Puducherry, through video meeting.
