All programmes run for 6 sessions in a friendly environment and are led by experienced,
qualified, CRB, and experienced coaches. All programmes are at a low cost and have
plenty of incentives in place to keep you coming back for more!
Everyone is welcome - regardless of skill level or previous experience.
