PRODUCTIVITY ENHANCEMENT
Its again the same recruitment industry. so the basis of this article is
“why we are carrying unproductive employees” Or else we can
enhance this enigmatic behavior of our funky yoyo kind of “recruiters”
so here is the thing we want to increase the productive Hours of our
unproductive employees. So let me ask one thing, is it even right
ethically? Yes, it is right,” if you are an unproductive organ in body like
appendix—we don’t need you, but even then we keep on carrying you
until you become painful and intolerable.so vice versa applied to the
unproductive employees. First we try to make things right by making
control check points, like monitoring what the employee’s workplace
behavior. Watch it at micro level and make a thorough routine process
to let the employee know that he or she chose a wrong path and then
the days of attrition comes in picture. My opinion is straight forward if
you are not making profit “you never worked” core mechanical rule of
management always works for productivity, that’s why “taguchi”,”
Philip Kotler” were the marketing legend not somebody named as
“Ramlal, Mohan or Shyamlal”. WE NEED TO CHANGE THE WORK
BEHAVIOR OR ELSE WE WILL ALWAYS BE THE 3RD
WORLD.
