Conversion means going from having a lead’s contact information to building a relationship with them. --At Zurple we’ve ALWAYS and will continue to believe in the power of relationships as the fuel that powers the real estate industry.
- -Zillow recognized the power of enabling agents to seamlessly pass lead data into their software systems and launched TechConnect about a year ago. -Zurple was thrilled to be one of two founding partners for the program. --Since then, we’ve doubled down as a company on providing the industry’s best lead conversion solution for Zillow Premier Agents. - Pass the reigns over to Greg. “It all starts will getting leads into your pipeline”
- Zurple was born out of a recognition for the need for effective lead engagement systems. -What do we mean by “Lead Engagement”? -Lead engagement means helping agents build strong relationships. --Deals don’t get done in this industry without trust between the agent and client – and relationships are the foundation of that trust.

- -Today’s buyers are IMPATIENT. -They have access to tons of data on sites like Zillow – so when they raise their hand and ask for more information, they expect to hear back from the agent IMMEDIATELY. -CAR (California Association of Realtors) recently did a study that put the number of leads expecting a response within 30 minutes at 78% (49% expect an INSTANT reply). --This growing expectation just isn’t reasonable for busy agents.
- But being “fast” isn’t always enough. And using one auto-responder message for all online leads is INEFFECTIVE. That’s where being RELEVANT & INSIGHTFUL come into play. This slide shows an example of a message we might send IF AND ONLY IF the incoming lead inquired about a property that we’ve found to be ACTIVE in the MLS. (We’re not going to invite the lead to discuss anything at the property otherwise, right?) So the FAST, DATA-DRIVEN follow up has been a game changer for Zurple in handling leads via the TechConnect program. But we don’t stop there…
- You’ll always have unresponsive leads – no matter what you send them. And you’ll always give up – or add that lead to a generic email DRIP campaign, which is the same as giving up – at some point. For example, if the property they inquired about 2 months ago has a price drop, that lead should know about it, right?
