The „Concepts‟ group based in Bombay and New-Bombay, was first established under the name of „Nooroodin Shaikadam & co.‟ In 1907, then
specializing in industry imports. Post-independence, the firm went into distribution of indigenously manufactured industrial products. 1995 witnessed the
f setting up of „Alcon Sanitations & Industrial Appliances‟ marking the diversification into the construction products segment. The new firm commenced
r business with the distribution of various products pertaining to water-supply, drainage and fire-protection.
