From 1996-2001, the individual worked as an engineer and lecturer at the Second Engineering University. During this time, they completed several projects both inside and outside the university including: 1) Developing an online e-business platform using Java/JSP/Servlets, 2) Creating a management information system for Qinghai's national tax provincial branch using Delphi and SQL Server, and 3) Building a website for e-commerce in Xian using ASP. They also designed and installed campus networks and performed data collection and fault diagnosis using frequency sampling and signal processing techniques.
