1) Unnumbered lists :- To make an
unnumbered list,
Start with an opening list <UL> tag.
Enter the <LI> (list item) tag followed by the
individual item; no closing </LI> tag is needed.
End the entire list with a closing list </UL> tag.
A TYPE attribute can be specified with <LI>. It
specifies the type of the bullet.

A numbered list (also called an ordered
list, from which the tag name is given) is
identical to an unnumbered list, except it
uses <OL> instead of <UL>.
The items are tagged using the same <LI>
tag.

The attributes that can be given with <LI> are as
follows :-
1) Type :- Controls the numbering scheme to be
used.
Example :-
Type=“1” will give counting numbers (1,2.)
Type=“A” will give uppercase letters(A,B,.)
Type =“a” will give lowercase letters(a,b,.).

A definition list (coded as <DL>) usually
consists of :-
a definition term (coded as <DT>).
A definition (coded as <DD>).
The <DT> and <DD> entries can contain
multiple paragraphs (indicated by <P>
paragraph tags), lists or other definition
information.
