Configuration & customization and implement of MS Dynamics CRM 365.

Live & under Support Contract
The Need
The client wanted to migrate from Salesfore.com to MS Dynamics 365 for its requirement on Sales
Management, Order Management, Service Management, Customer Portal and reporting. Client
wanted the new implementation and migration to be completed at earliest and the downtime could
not be afforded during the migration due to criticality of systems
