I am a wonderful, amazing person who
Rescued children from burning houses
Built 50 houses with my bare hands by myself
for 50 different families
Volunteered in the ER
Holds leadership positions in 10 different
organizations…..
5. But actually…
0 Although that might be all rainbows and unicorns for
a pre med life, truth be told...
0 Never volunteered in a hospital
0 Never shadowed a physician
0 Not good when it comes to handling children
0 ( Id probably leave them in the burning house…KIDDING)

0 Being Pre-Med or being a Cornellian we feel bound to
the path everyone else takes
0 Majors
0 Extra circular
0 Gap year path
0 I started freaking out because not only was I not on
that path but I never even realized there was a path I
should follow
0 My focus was always short term (2 years)
