To Whom it may concern:
Zara worked for the Pleasance Theatre as part of the Box Office,
Front of House & bar team on a casual basis. Zara dealt with the
public in a professional manner at all times & quickly became a
senior member of our team, her duties involved cash handling,
customer service, showing people to their seats & maintaining bar
stock. Zara worked well within a team as well as on here own.
Zara was an integral member of our team and is sorely missed as
she has an excellent manner with the public & staff alike. Zara was
very hard working & was always on time, she is also the first
person to get involved when help was needed.
Zara is also a quick learner as she joined us at the Edinburgh
Festival Fringe within our FOH team which is totally different role
to the one in London & adapted well. Zara was on the ball
immediately & was assisting/supervising others from the start.
I can safely say that we wouldn’t hesitate to re-employ Zara.
