 Review engineering drawing and specifications and ensure the correctness of transfer of drawing
details to ground.
 Ensuring Safety on site.
 Resolving technical issues with employer’s representatives, suppliers, subcontractors and statutory
authorities.
 Quality control in accordance with procedures method statements, quality plans and inspection and
test plans, all prepared by the project management team and by subcontractors.
 Checking materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements.
 Maintain Quality Records drawings, technical reports, site diary.
 Review the drawings and specifications to verify with contractual obligations. Monitor daily
progress of work, costs and schedule.
 Coordinating with MEP Team to fulfill the scope of work.
 Ensuring timely resource availability.
 Measurement and valuation (in collaboration with the project quantity surveyor where appropriate)
 Providing data in respect of variation orders and site instructions
 Promoting and maintaining a culture that values safety, health and cleanliness.
