1. Hi Sophie,
So great to have the chance to review our art program for class II which last for a year.
To be honest, for me, this program is the most complicated program I’veever had, as participants
are different, regarding their background, social status as well as the age… so hard to handle and
meet their satisfaction.
here, I would like to say thanks for all your works for our program in HK and SH when Elaine has
left for her maternityleave. I am so amazing for your rapid adaptation to our class and all the class
activities.
For SH module, we all know that this module was set up by some special reason, as class I didn’t
have this module. For Christie’s, you didn’t supposed to design this module at the very beginning.
Thanks for your work saved all us
3 days’ arrangement in SH was not easy, as some native class participants were quite familiar with
some places and private collections already. You made a great work which balanced all our needs.
I still remember when our CEIBS required to a half days’ class and better to have the graduation
ceremony on campus, you had to adjust your schedule and communicated with the lecturers. I
know it’s hard, but you did it!
All the 3 days’ arrangement was great and reasonable. We had lots of tele-conference discussions
for this modules before class. It’sso great to have a partner as frank as you are! You know that we
are a team! So, we could discuss and figure out the problems together. That’s the most important
point I'd like to express my gratitude. Thanks for your sincerity, things became more easily
You selected the best class lecturers and masters for us, made appointment of their time, updated
it through the changing of the location (accommodations hotel was quite far away from the
downtown) and designed the best way to save time, which made all them can enjoy all the parts
during the limited time.
Actually, some feedbacks from the participants wereso great. I know that communicate with some
gallery and private collection took amount of time for you, especially some uncertainty like the
rain house. But all your efforts made the participants had a nice experience there. For the session
of the sharing from Sylvain Levy, some participants even told me that this part was the most
valuable one through all the modules. The voice of Sylvain Levy was what they would like to hear
and actually was quite align with our program which was art investment and private collection.
They were also enjoyed Mr. Liu Xiangcheng’s lecture. He’s the master! I guess Mr. Liu also enjoyed
to giveclass on CEIBScampus as Mr. Ieoh Ming Pei, thedesigner of our campus, is one of his friends.
You also arranged Photo Shanghai as after class activities for our participants, which was a good
series to the whole session.
Thanks for all your work to balance so many things and made us enjoy our last program. Wish to
have a chance to work with you next time.
Best,
Sophie JIANG 蒋双宇
