Qeep is developing an AI-powered interactive technical documentation system that enables mechanics to retrieve and input information hands-free through voice commands, increasing productivity and reducing human errors. The product targets enterprises in manufacturing, maintenance, and repair sectors, operating under a B2B subscription model. Founded in 2016 by experienced co-founders, the company has garnered recognition for its innovative solutions and aims to launch pilot projects after completing its MVP.

1. We build an interactive technical documentation with an AI-
powered conversational interface that allows a mechanic to
input and retrieve information in hands-free fashion for
improved productivity.
PROBLEM/OPPORTUNITY
Many companies, even world leading innovative companies, utilize technical
documentations which are printed on paper. People are aware of a positive
impact to introduce a paper-less system which work on a computer or a device.
However, in this case, the format is static such as PDF and your mechanics are
required to stop their working hands to operate the device for retrieving or
inputting information.
SOLUTION/PRODUCT
Qeep is building an interactive technical documentation with a smart speech
interface. With our system, your mechanics do not have to tap, type or even
watch it because all can be done simply via voice. Powered by three types of AI,
Qeep is smart enough to help making a diagnosis by asking right questions and
guides to right procedures seamlessly and intelligently in a hands-free fashion.
It also keeps all logs for later analysis and can integrate with other system such
as payroll, work shift or training. The bottom line will be an improvement in
productivity and less human errors.
TARGET MARKETS and BUSINESS MODELS
Our targets are enterprises who are engaged in manufacturing, maintenance,
inspection and/or repair works in B2B subscription model.
TECHNOLOGY
All technologies including the intelligent speech interface supported by three
types of artificial intelligent (machine learning, natural language understanding,
dialogue management) are invented and owned by us.
TEAM
The two co-founders of Qeep, Yu Seo, CEO and Matthias Denecke, CTO have
founded their first startup company (www.agilingua.com) in 2006 and have
been working together since then. Past clients include Ford, GM and others.
Matthias previously worked at Carnegie Mellon University as a post-doc
researcher and his open source software was used by a NASA robot project.

Being selected as one of the best 40 innovative companies by VW Innovation
Scouting 2016. Recently received Investors’ Choice and Audience Choice prizes
at Flash Pitch AI competition and built a solid recognition as the most investable
company by New York’s most active VCs.
