• Making monthly Bank Reconciliations.
• Follow up and Issuing Letters of Credit & letters of guarantee.
• Issuing Export to local Market Certificates and coordinating with customers for collections.
• Reporting to top management company’s cash position on daily and monthly basis.
• Coordinating between Banks and Company’s different departments.
• Using M.S Dynamics system for issuing Treasury reports and making the payment entries.
• Review of project financing agreements to provide the necessary cash to those agreements at
the appropriate times
• Study presentations from banks to provide good opportunities for the management of the
company's accounts and make sure that they are compatible with the company's financial
system
• monitor the implementation of agreements and contracts with the banks to ensure compliance
• Review Weekly the letters of guarantee received by the Company
• Review the record of interest and bank commissions, in coordination with the Head of
Department.

• Making Monthly Tax Close Entries, annual closing, and Opening of Accounts Entry (3 Columns
Ledger).
• Monthly Closing and Reporting.
• Making All Daily Work of General Ledger (GL entries).
• Follow up Fixed Assets Movements.
• Making of Depreciation, Amortization and Disposal Schedules and Making entries.
• Responsible for American Journal
• Responsible for Trial Balance.
• Follow up with External Auditors
• Follow up with Tax Assessment
• Making Analysis for Audit and Tax Assessment Purpose.
• Making Quarterly Cash Count on All Custodians and Making Cash
