Objective
Polymer specialist with excellent knowledge and proficiency in Rubbers, composites and plastics compounding,
R&D and processing, seeking for a challenging opportunity to apply my engineering education, training and
experience to industrial projects.
I believe in myself as a quick learner who possesses a good team spirit, deadline oriented and the ability to
produce detailed technical specifications.
I’ve been granted a two years residency permit, greencard, which enables professionals to work and live in
Denmark.
Highlight of Qualifications
Synthesized thermoplastic and thermoset polyurethane and casted nanomembrane
Familiar and experienced with quality control process and concepts like PFMA, KPI, SPC method
Dedicated hard worker and strong analytical skills and proficient in engineering software such as MATLAB
Proficient in plastics (PVC, PE, PE) & elastomers (EPDM, NR, SBR ,…) and different thermoset resins (adhesive)
compounding, processing and troubleshooting including extrusion, injection moulding and ect
Employment History
Sales and R&D Engineer
Hampar Company (Baerlocher), Tehran, Iran May 2014 – Aug 2015
Managed costumers’ needs and resolved problems in their process
Developed scientific marketing, with publishing PVC-industry related articles in the media
Hampar is a well-know manufacturer of PVC heat stabilizers in Iran which is licensed and shared by Baerlocher (Germany). I
was the joint of sales department and R&D department and helped to find solutions for technical claims. I researched and
solved customers’ problems in extruded and injected PVC articles and besides I edited the company news and articles in
related media and magazines, attended different seminars as the company’s rep and also manages presence of the company
in relevant events and industrial fairs.
Sales and Technical Engineer
Micronized Powder Company of Iran, Tehran, Iran Sep 2013 – May 2014
Managed costumers’ needs and resolved problems in their process
Process and quality improvement by defining new test on raw materials
In addition to sales engineering and exporting products, I modified and reform different CaCO3 and Carbon Black
masterbatches which were produced by MPC at the time. I made a basis for qualifying raw material for producing these
masterbatches by DSC which improved products’ quality and reduced customers’ claims. Also managed customers claims for
problems in extrusion of PE pipes using MPC Carbon Black masterbatches.
R&D, Quality and Production Engineer
Part-Lastic Group, Mashhad, Iran April 2010-July 2013
Researched around the rubber mixing & compounding, plastic extrusion and polymeric foams areas
Rubber compounding and blending in pilot scale
Curriculum Vitae

Practical-solved quality problems in rubber-compounding production lines
QC and SPC of physical and rheological properties
Solved compound-base & process-base problems in EPDM-parts extrusion (LCM, Hot Air) and molding
joints
Developed and improved EPDM-compounds formulas and mixing recipes and deal with quality problems
Collaborated with industrial partners inside Part-Lastic group
PartLastic is the most influenced company I have worked so far. It’s a big group consisting of more than 10 factories with more
than 5000 employees with a wide range of products mostly for automobile industry (all rubber parts except for tire). I believe
it’s a unique place for polymer graduate to start their professional career with extensive opportunities for polymer engineers in
different fields, from rubber compound to extrusion and injection of final products. I did many R&D projects in PartLastic like
implementing recycled rubber powder in original formula for cost-saving or changing the basic elastomer of the formula in
crucial economic conditions and adapting in final extrusion/injection process. Technical and financial study and experiments
for producing CaCO3-PE masterbatch, TPV, TPE, EPS, adhesive for playground flooring were some other example projects
where I was involved.
Instructor
University of Applied Science and Technology, Mashhad, Iran Sep 2010-Feb 2011
Taught "Rubber Vulcanization Technology" and its practical course
Research assistant, Internship
The National Petrochemical Company (NPC), Tehran, Iran Jul 2004-Aug 2004
Technical and financial analyzed a plant of Melamine production in south of Iran using technical
documents
Education
Master of Science (MSc.) Sep 2006-Oct 2009
Polymer Engineering, Tarbiat Modares University, Tehran, Iran
Thesis: Thermodynamic study of polyurethane and polyvinylacetate phases in a common solvent
(chloroform) and its application in the preparation of PU/PVAc nanomembrane
I have passed 18 ECTS theoretical and experimental courses in polymer technology, advanced rheology, advanced
physical chemistry of polymers and composite technology. I did my master’s thesis in thermodynamics of polymeric
solutions based on polyurethane synthesis and purification and analysis were perfomed by performing TGA, FTIR
and SEM.
Bachelor of Science (BSc.) Sep 2002-Sep 2006
Polymer Engineering, Amirkabir University of Technology (Polytechnic), Tehran, Iran
Thesis: Blends of Polycarbonate (PC) and Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC)
As a Polymer engineering student in the most well-known university in Iran, I accomplished my B.Sc. degree by
passing 135 ECTS in the fields of organic and polymer chemistry, composite, elastomer and plastics
engineering, and other basic courses for chemical engineering.
Sport and social activity
Swimming and jogging are my regular exercises.
I am also interested in volunteering job while I have spare time, I was a kitchen assistant in One Bowl restaurant (a
nonprofit program from Copenhagen Cultural House) for two times in January 2016.
