o Exhibitions, where I had total responsibility of exhibitions starting
from solutions to display, booth decoration & preparations, design
of exhibitions flayer, seminars, sending invitations to key prospect &
customers
o NCR Egypt Magazine, where I had total responsibility of the
magazine design, translation (from Arabic to English or vise versa),
printing and distribution to NCR prospects, customers and
consultants.
o Seminars, this was related to NCR solutions, where I had the
responsibility of defining the target audience (according to solution
we are going to present) and send invitations to them, assign roles of
every speaker, flayers design and preparations.
o Development of Marketing program for NCR Solutions, NCR
Egypt had some unique solutions like manufacturing application
(Fourth Shift), so I was responsible for developing the marketing
program of the solution and implement this marketing program.
Alliances with H/W VEDORS (Xerox, HP ….. etc.), where I was
responsible for selection the H/W that complement NCR offerings (in most
of the case the initiations starts from the sales force), then negotiate with the
agent or dealer of the product, make the contract and release the product in
NCR price list.
Alliances with S/W & D/B VENDORS (M.S. Oracle Informix, Sybase),
as we have to have contract with them, and this goes back to each vendor
policy, but always we were able to get better benefits for NCR
Alliances with S/W Houses that complement NCR offerings. Either
International or local S/W Houses, where I had the responsibility of
contract preparation & negotiations, product release in NCR price list.
Pricing, where I was responsible for setting NCR Egypt Price List,
discount schema, and issuance of price comparison between NCR and its
competitors, in additions to keeping track record for all tenders that NCR
participated in.
Manage PC's Distribution Channel, NCR had 3 distributors and I was
responsible for those distributors (setting target, follow up orders,
payment, joint activities like seminars & exhibitions and coordination with
NCR sales force).
