SLICK LIVING EVENTS, is ambitious to bring forth our proposal to manage and organize The
1st Annual Miss Drag Queen USA Pageant event to be held at the Miami Beach Convention Center.
The purpose of the Miss Drag Queen USA Pageant is to give fifty men a chance to compete in a
beauty queen style pageant otherwise dominated by woman. The mission is to provide fun, food
and laughter as we come together to support and cheer on the men as they transform into their
beautiful alter egos.
SLICK LIVING EVENTS is in a position to provide first rate product and services that would
supersede the expectations of the clients, sponsors, attendees and create an event to remember.
With this cover letter we enclose herewith the proposal that outlines the details and management
plans for drag queen pageant for your perusal. In this proposal, event specifications, event
description, menu selection and the floor will be discussed.
Details regarding the event tentative, cost and other related matters will follow should we come to

included in this proposal without retaining Slick Living Events Inc. a design consulting fee of $2000.00
will be required.

A KnightBefitting Royalty
Invitations:Your guest are very excited about the event long tickets are available for purchase.
Once your guest purchases their ticket, a mini replica of the actual crown will be sent to their
residence. The crown is a mold of a colorful peacock. With each peacock feather there will be an
engraving of the patrons’ name, date of the event, address, time, dress code, table, and seat number.
Each guest will be given a menu in which they are to choose their dinning courses for the night
and mail it back ASAP. All attached with the crown will be actual tickets that will be released to
Drag Queen upon entrance to the event is granted.
Happy Hour: Upon arrival your guest will be greeted by valet drivers who will dressed in all
black attire with a lavender sequenced vest. Your guest will then proceed down the magical pink
carpet as they are asked to strut their way down the runway as though a Queen would. The guest
will also be able to meet, greet and take photos with men in full drag attire. These photos and many
other taken throughout the event will be available for purchase.

Entrance: The guest will be greeted at the entrance by men in full drag attire. This is where
they will relinquish their tickets for a perfectly concocted signature margarita called the midnight
marauder. As the guest make their way to their seats there will be servers dressed in all black attire
with either a pink, mauve or blue sequenced vest. These servers will be directing guest, serving
cocktail drinks and passing around hors d’oeuvres. The appetizers will be kept light. We do not
want them filled before the event begins. There will be a fantastic disc jockey who will play the
hits of today throughout the course of happy hour. They will be met with the tantalizing smell of
lavender and vanilla as the stage lights of mauve, blue, white and purple dance throughout the
venue.
Show Time: The pageant will begin at 8 pm sharp with an opening number including all
pageant contestants and the pageant host RuPaul. As RuPaul gives her welcoming and introduces
the pageant contestant speech the sequenced vested servers will deliver the soup or salad the guest
elected from a list of choices. The pageant will consist of three judging sections evening drag wear,
celebrity impersonations and talent section. With each themed portion of the pageant a dish from
the menu list will be delivered to the guest.

First Course
Guest will have a choice of pureed squashed soup with oven roasted garlic croutons, fresh
green split pea soup topped with braised beef chunks, Miso soup topped with seaweed and white
sprouts or a garden salad with an array of fresh picked vegetables or a health fruit salad with
strawberries, grapes, melons, pineapple chunks and other fresh fruits
Main Course
There are four main course choices. Stuffed chicken cordon blue with rosemary garlic mash
potatoes with sautéed broccoli with a peanut glaze, beef bourguignon with roasted mash potatoes
topped with cilantro and bacon bits, grilled fresh caught salmon on an bed of rice pilaf and mixed
garden vegetables and filet mignon with three cheese melted mash potatoes and broccoli rabe.
Dessert
For dessert a choice of New York style cheese cake with or without a strawberry
marmalade, key lime pie garnishes with a slice of lime, chocolate soufflé and brownie a la mode
made with a double fudged brownie vanilla custard ice cream with a chocolate and Carmel mixed
drizzle

Red and White Wine
Throughout the course of dinner guest will have a choice of red wines that will consist of
Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Nior or white wines like Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc or
Moscato. Guest may try all six.
FloorPlan/ ColorScheme
Below is the floor plan for the Miami Beach Convention Center. There will be circular
banquets tables that will sit eight people comfortably that will surround the stage that way everyone
will have a perfect vantage point. There will be a runway so that the contestant may be visible to
the guest in the back as well as the sides of the stage. There will be two jumbo so that we can
ensure that everyone even the servers can view the pageant from every aspect of the venue. The
lighting will reflect the colors of rose pink, lavender, white, turquoise, and purple to simulate
vibrancy, fun, energy character traits that everyone embodies especially drag queens.
