The benefits of physical activity are well documented. Physical            * Encourages cooperation - Strengthens upper torso
  Activity plays a key role in improving, mental, social and physical        * Non-competitive - Differing abilities are non-issue
  health. In addition, it results in a higher quality of life for all ages   * Refines perceptual skills - Reinforces turn-taking/ sharing
  by encouraging a culture that is active, healthy learners who achieve      * Develops a sense of rhythm - Requires following directions
