This document contains summaries of 5 projects:
1. Design verification of an A-Frame structure under 3 load cases using NX and beam modeling to ensure an accurate FE model and correct results, as well as redesigning critical areas.
2. Simulation of a variant ROV deployment frame driven by a cable and winch in 20sm to analyze the simulation results.
3. Hydrodynamic pressure analysis around a propeller and ship hull when rotating under sea using MRF and SM methods in STAR CCM+.
4. Redesign of a new control house and offshore crane solution for future using ergonomic and 3D holographic technology.
5. Concept design of a platform supply vessel using

3D modeling and Animation by using NX.
The main goal of this project is to perform a design verification of an A-Frame in three load cases. The
structural integrity of the frame has been investigated for each load case by using NX and 3d beam to make
sure we have an accurate FE-model and that results are correct. Also some critical areas are analysis, and we
redesign the model in order to reduce the risk of failure.
A-Frame simulation by using 20sim
The mainly content of the project is to simulate a variant ROV deploying frame driven by a cable and a winch
in 20sm, and the simulation results also are analysis.

Hydrodynamic Pressure Analysis by using STAR CCM+
The project is used to analysis hydrodynamic pressure around the propeller when it is rotating under the sea
by using MRF and SM method, and so do the ship hull.
New design for future offshore crane and cabin
This project is to redesign a new solution for control house and offshore crane for future by using ergonomic
and 3D holographic knowledge and technology which is easy for human use.
