Media-Plus has installed ORAMA ERP system of Q&R (system resource management)
This specific system is in the market since 1992 and is today in its 10th version. It’s a mature system, flexible in order to
serve small, middle and large companies. It has the speciality to be easily and quickly adjustable in the needs of each
organization. It’s an overall solution, not only a package for sale.
The system was adjusted in the needs of Media-Plus based on:
1. Covering needs in human resource management including scheduling and implementation
2. Financial Management for clear view of the cost, clientele and the easy information management. It’s an Oracle based
system and embeds accounting application.
It’s the first time our company, Q&R, installs ORAMA ERP in a business of flyer distribution and promotion provision sector.
This project was complicated due to the need of effective management of the stuff in such a dynamic environment. With
the use of ORAMA ERP, Media-Plus has the ability to have an accurate screen of each person, project and cost during its
operations. In that way company can serve its clients better and faster while they can receive decisions that keeps the
company competitive in its activation area.

today, began. This system offers

Based on the latest (according to
the latest census of our country)
geographical data (number of
residences per block, population
data etc) and in combination with
the update of information and

us, we can monitor the distances
and the number of households
per block in Attica and also in the
largest cities of Greece.
The software we already use,
helps us in the use of several
parameters in the process of
organizing each project, with the
latest electronic way. The printed
maps accompany each crew and
every postman making easier the
implementation, the control and
the evaluation. The completed
expeditions that are prepared
with the help of this system
allow the Manager to proceed in

and re-evaluate constantly the

12. Distribution Philosophy
The goal is to communicate with the student and give him the
particular flyer. There are five ways of approaching him: Inside the
university,duringhistransportation,inplacesofmeetings,inconcerts
and his home living.
Distribution in Attica Universities
Distribution procedure:The distributor is placed at the entrance of the University and at the departments and distributes
the advertising material to the students of each department. For the departments in Attica 7,500 flyers are needed per
department but their number can change significantly with the attendance and the recessiveness.
Distribution in students’transportation spots
Distribution procedure: The distributors are standing in spots that students pass through in public transportation spots
in order to inform students-customers (target group: men-women 18-25 years old) about the product and delivery
informative material to who they are interested. The campaign take place in days and hours the students are moving.
Duration: 4 ½ hours, according to timetable of students are moving. There will be 6 standard spots per day and 7,500 will
be delivered.
Distribution in students meeting points
Distributionprocedure:Thedistributorsarestandingatcommercialpointssuchassquares,pedestrianstreets,commercial
streets in order to inform students-customers (target group: men-women 18-25 years old) for the product and delivery
informative material to who they are interested. The campaign take place during days and hours with high traffic in the
area.
Exhibitions – Events
Distribution procedure: Promoters with fluency in communication and properly educated, promote the student flyer to
people between 18-25 years old and customer, possible parents or relatives. The distribution will take place in various
events that are targeted to students mainly, like concerts.
Local mailbox distribution campaign in areas that students live.
Distribution procedure: Flyer distribution with or no envelop, in the mailbox of each building. If the building doesn’t have
mailboxes, the flyers are placed outside the main entrance, in the left or the right side. The number of flyers are the same
as the active bells of the building. The distribution will take place near Universities, students accommodation and where
the majority of students live (Zografou, Ilisia, Dafni, N.Kosmos, Aigaleo etc) 450,000 per time with two coverages.
