• Russian market:
• 600 000 suppliers of government procurements (SPARK-Marketing);
• 1,5 mln. of SMEs are not yet participate in public procurements
(Rosstat);
• According to the forecast of the Russian Government the share of SMEs
in the total government procurements is expected to increase from 10 to
25% by 2017.
• Foreign markets (near future):
• Belarus, Kazakhstan
7. Business model
• MELTOR has "license fee" business-model:
• 1000 rubles ($28,6) per month for company license and 200 rubles ($5,7) per month for
each user of the company.
• For example the company with 3 users have to pay 19200 rubles ($548,6) per year.
9. MELTOR’s events for suppliers
Building community
The aim of "MELTOR" is to build the community of suppliers. That's why MELTOR has
already organized more then 15 events for suppliers. One of them - the FIRST RUSSIAN
FORUM OF SUPPLIERS GOVERNMENT AND COMMERCIAL PROCUREMENTS that was
held 25 of March in the Russian Chamber of Commerce Conference Center, Moscow.

media-holding, Head of sales to corporate clients in Vesta Bank, CEO of National Agency
