Virtually all practices emphasizes acceptance of all things. This includes the acceptance of self. Very few people understand that we inherit certain thoughts, just as we inherit certain physical traits. These qualities are inherent in our DNA and are passed down from generation to generation, through the collective consciousness of our ancestral lineage.

2. I have to admit. Sometimes, I get lazy and take a couple
of weeks off from the gym. I slowly make my way back,
when my thunder thighs and beer gut start to make a
comeback. I normally walk around, and after a few short
minutes, I realize nothing has changed.
There are the same people on the same machines doing
the exact same routine. Then, I am taken back when I
spot men who have seemed to transform overnight.
These scrawny mousy little men were now ripped with
muscles that were more defined than a comic book
villain.
Then, I watch as they unzip their fanny pack and
began to count more pills than a pharmacy clerk. Did
these guys really think that they were into fitness?
They had to understand that ingesting pills that the
FDA refused to approve was not only unhealthy but
also deadly.
4. I believe that people are rack with haunting nagging
thoughts of unworthiness. The voices in their heads
make them believe that they are not good enough.
So they focus on the ideal. However, over time this
kind of behavior becomes an obsession. Because
they are more focused on looking better as opposed
to being better.
We have all heard about the dire effect of muscle
enhancers; the loss of hair, the weakening of the immune
system, and the male testes shriveling into two dried up
peas. This results in a low sperm count and makes it
difficult for a man to conceive. But who cares if a guy
doesn’t look good in a speedo. A man’s bulging massive
muscles will outshine that tiny little bikini any day.
Big muscles, coupled with baby oil, and a tan in a
can, is what everyone needs to feel important. Sadly,
these people are so focused on the ideal, that they
become fanatics. They are willing to put poison in
their bodies to try and meet expectations that are
really unrealistic. They fail to realize that the ideal is
the poison
5. These are just different thoughts that cause
people to feel like they just aren’t good enough.
6. Virtually all practices emphasizes acceptance of all
things. This includes the acceptance of self. Very few
people understand that we inherit certain thoughts, just as
we inherit certain physical traits. These qualities are
inherent in our DNA and are passed down from
generation to generation, through the collective
consciousness of our ancestral lineage.
Unfortunately, we don’t work to clear these thoughts.
Instead, we continue our pursuit of the ideal. Or we
simply pretend that we are the ideal. Both of these
behaviors stems from the feeling of insignificance.
Our appearance or muscles get stronger. While our
testes, our souls get smaller. The hardest thing in the
world is to just be your-self. However, operating from
a basis of truth is the most liberating feeling in the
world.
