4 Attended and presented the NHRC`s view in the National Workshop on ‘Model Curriculum Development in
Disability Studies in India’ at Centre for Promotion of Human Rights Teaching & Research (HURITER)
School of International Studies Jawaharlal Nehru-University, New Delhi in collaboration with the Society
for Disability and Rehabilitation Studies February 12-14, 2010
11. Latest Involvement:
a. Deeply involved in volunteering with ageing people while interacting and providing community based
services in an NGO: India Rainbow Community Services of Peel, Mississauga, ON
b. Visiting at large in community and participating for health related programmes as volunteer and helping
for implementation of various activities at Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada
c. Involved in customer services in various organization in Saskatoon, involved in delivering lectures in
Sociology of health: social inequality on health, social determinants and its impact
d. Networking with Saskatoon Open Door Society towards volunteering in various potential organizations
and institutes.
