Faith & Success
Leadership and success are guided by mirror of factors. Faith is
one of these factor.
Leader’s capacity to make moral decisions is based on level of
spiritual development (Sanders, Hopkins, & Geroy, 2003).
Example: Queen Esther, her decision to go before the king
and to eventually petition to save her people (Esther 7,
Kings James Version).
Faith cannot be discounted or checked at the closet before
entering the office. One will be less authentic (Sanders, et al.,
2003)

Queen Esther did not check her faith at the door
when she became queen. It was part of her, it was
her life, and she persevered.
A faith and trust in God can help us in our quest to
successfully complete this journey through the DPA
program and our professions.
