1. William Kush: Product / Promotional / CME Career Highlights
Following is a list of key projects/programs I conceived, initiated and implemented throughout my
career in Healthcare. They include CME, promotion, KOL development, Product Launches through either
integrated components or comprehensive major campaigns. *Produced in multi-language formats.
Analgesics
I) National CME Audio cassette/booklet physician kit: Acute and chronic pain discussions by multi-
discipline physician pane. (Tylox)
II) Arthur Ashe and Tylenol
Proposed concept of utilizing and contacting Arthur Ashe to be a spokesman on “Healthy Lifestyle
Management” and “Pain Management techniques and Tylenol”. He gave presentations at AAFP, Exhibit
Floor and at Exhibit that we designed.
III) “Amazing Body” Illustrative Anatomical Poster Series
Created concept of developing enduring materials for Physician and Patient interaction and education
centered around the contact, research and production of “examining room” posters with one of the
most highly renowned Medical Illustrators . . .Audra Geras. (Comparable to Frank Netter).Many of the
posters are still in offices (20 years later) and included the following anatomical parts of the body: Foot,
Ankle, Hand, Back, Neck, Knee, Hip, Elbow, and Shoulder. Many spin-offs were also created from this
series that was released quarterly and included: flip charts, easels, and use as core elements for an

Anesthesia
I) Proposed and created an Exhibit concept for Tracrium utilizing a 3D Hologram of a surgical patient
who would follow audience wherever they were in exhibit booth (that we created) and then utilizing
professional narration would describe MOA and benefits of product.
II) *Versed-Extensive Pre, Launch and Post Program utilizing CME and KOL concepts exclusively over 3
years. Included separate / exclusive components for both Gastroenterologist and Anesthetist sectors
A) Pre-launch KOL meeting (to establish CI protocol)
B) CI trial across Canada
C) Post trial KOL / CI meeting
D) Publication of results from Trial utilized with two target audiences as handout at CME
meetings with Lecture slide kits and in offices during routine calls across Canada
E) Individualized booklets on the 4 major components from Trial as presentation (detail) aids,
“leave behinds”

G) Post launch KOL meeting on success and recommendations for any updates on strategies and
tactics including any post-marketing programs
Bone and Mineral / Arthritis
I) *Mobiflex-Created a (Zancom [my company] trade-marked and copyrighted} physician / patient aid
on Osteo and Rheumatoid Arthritis (5 total). Utilized a sliding track/acetate “disease stage” insert
technology that was developed in house producing an innovative “Body Window-“.
2) Actonel - Animated Video showing MOA of O; Dx and Tx
3) Imuran - Created one of first Interactive Video Disc programs in U.S. for use in Exhibits. The discs
included, case studies, tests, CME and a solely animated separate disc on Dx, MOA and pathogenesis of
RA. All programming, filming, scripting, and equipment were done / provided in-house. This was
considered a landmark innovation in World Congress and Exhibit booth formats for Pharma.
4)* Baratol - White Coat Hypertension CME Video
Gastroenterolgy
1) *Versed - 3 CME Videos: “Faces of Versed: I , II, and III (Pre-launch market primer, launch and 6mos
post launch”). Filmed live surgeries, panel discussions, Included: Details from Product Monograph with
KOLs discussing pros and cons of product and “short acting” IV surgery anesthetic. MOA,
IBS Standing Reference – Douglas Drossman
Infectious Disease
1) *Rocephin 27 CME meetings in 6 weeks with 3 lectures per meeting, case study discussions, Q & A
in 6 weeks. The meetings were all dinner meetings. We created slides, handouts, discussion guidelines,
scripts, accreditation, and audio recorded each meeting including breakouts in a Cross Country (Canada)
symposia format. Materials from each meeting were turned around in 3-4 weeks each which included:
KOL Lecture slide kits for follow up meetings, Q & A summary booklets per meeting and one final
publication. ,
