To the Individual Meeting with Mr. Percoco:
You are about to meet with a very interesting, competent person.
In the course of being in charge of the IT arrangements for my part of Equity Capital Markets, I have had
the opportunity to work with Bill Percoco over the past few years. He has a broad knowledge of IT as was
evidenced during our needs analysis, design, upgrading and installation of various trading systems.
Bill has the ability to communicate technical matters to non-technical people including management. He
tries to facilitate a team effort. Everyone has the opportunity to indicate his or her needs and objectives.
With Bill's guidance, this becomes a unified effort. He focuses on the long-term as well as the short term
when finding solutions. He would rather implement something that has some longevity to it instead of a
quick fix.
In this era of IT areas being understaffed and under-funded, Bill manages to be diligent, focused and
attentive to detail. He worked on a few rollouts and upgrades in our area. If it were not for his attention to
detail, we would not have been in compliance with various official entities. He is always aware that the
unexpected can happen and tries to be prepared as much as possible. This area usually gives very short
notice to get things done yet Bill manages to get it done. He even manages to have a sense of humor
through it all.
I personally believe that he would be a valuable asset to any organization.
Sincerely,
Barbara M. Bantivoglio
