AWARENESS PART: 1. I informed the customers about my company products through : social media, TV commercial, freinds and family, and banners and billboards. 2. My goal is to gain customer's satisfaction, retention, and get usefull feedback from them. Can anyone write some example/points that why the customers did/could not like and buy my products the way I advertised in the above part- AWARNESS? Or, what part should I improve in order to gain customers and their satisfactions ? Thanks. .
